I’m on rhythmic and journalist approach as well (discussed in deep work). The thing I liked most is to shutdown work and let the conscious brain rest. I find myself thinking about work all the time. Happens a lot in remote setting. Which keeps me in a constant worry/not present in current moment. So I’ve shifted workouts to evening, which for me means shutdown work and I’m not thinking about work after that.
