Does anyone read fiction? I see a heavy bias towards non-fiction here. Here are some of my favourite fiction reads in the last two months; • The Memory Police, Yoko Ogawa. • The Sandman, Neil Gaiman (Graphic novel series) • Cerce, Madeline Miller • The Song of Achilles, Madeline Miller. • Ex Machina, Brian Vaughan. (Comic series) • The Silent Patient, Alex Michaelides. Attaching some of the book covers as well which I like.

I read fiction sometimes (mostly when I am on vacation - it is a guilty pleasure). Though, I am currently reading Dune before the film comes out. 30% in - enjoying it. My first sci-fi. Other than that, I have really enjoyed all of Jhumpa Lahiri’s work and most of Khaled Hosseini’s work.

You can never go wrong with Neil Gaiman. Also, graphic novels are the best, easier to read in work days and a slow reading speed doesn't hinder your reading experience.

I recommend this. Its non-fiction but a very emotionally strong story.

@polite-vr-99522 hey thanks, it's on my reading list. However, I'm too scared to read it. 😂 @sticky-processor-67125 Have you read 'They Called Us Enemy by George Take'? This book reminds me of that. It's a really good graphic novel too.

Looks very intriguing. Will give it a read this weekend! Thanks @kind-queen-6796!

I love reading fiction! I have read across genres including sci-fi, classics, gothic, crime and dystopia. Here are my all time favorite books that I would recommend to anyone wanting to explore fiction: • Never Let Me Go - Kazuo Ishigaro (Dystopia, tragedy) • Jane Eyre - Charlotte Bronte (Literary classic, gothic, romance, tragedy) • Great Expectations - Charles Dickens (Literary classic) • And Then There Were None - Agatha Christie (Crime, classic who-dun-it fiction) • The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo - Steig Larrson (Suspense, Mystery, Investigative Journalism) DM me and I would be delighted to discuss about any of these books or recommend you more based upon the kind of fiction you wish to read.
