Hey guys, I have startwd learning a music instrument for a first time and I wanted to understand music theory down to its physics level. Why notes sound good, octaves, their repetition etc. Any book recommendations for the same? The closest I have found is this one.

Not a book but check out this website - lightnote.co I plan to start playing guitar soon and I am going to sign up for it as soon as I begin my journey.
