Started with an interesting 5 * 5 Gym routine finally by learning about it early in the year and buying a basic course from Elliot hulse. On week 2 now.
It's about spending the least possible time in the gym, building the right strength, foundation and lifting heavy and then muscles etc.
Realized, Stronglifts has mind-blowing content on it too on blog, youtube etc, all free. Highly recommended
Will continue for 3-6 months minimum and check stats and progress
