June literally hung by this this thin football thread! But in positives, 1. Football is very intense so it covers up a lot of be being a lazy bum 2. Automation helps, I am pretty sure without the bot, I would have gone to half the games 3. Awareness is wow! I know June wasn't the best but I am looking forward to fixing this in July 💪
Apart from all of this, I was using standing desk for most of this month which went un-tracked 😄

So you stand for X hrs a day? I know it's quite common in germany, but how was your experience? Would you recommend doing in india

I stand as much as I can, roughly around 2-3 hours / day minimum to 4-5 hours sometimes! Except walking etc I can recommend that.. although.. I feel lazier when working out etc.. as I already feel tired but great if I am not working out for example.
