From today onwards, starting some new fitness routine: walking + jogging + running around 4 kilometers, stretching exercises, and meditation.

I’d say, start small if you’re not used to doing these exercises. Otherwise it’ll take a toll on your body and you won’t be able to make it a habit. Usually, when you’re doing this changes, you want them to be part of your life and not one off things. So, starting slow and gradually increasing helps.
