I was struggling with going to gym so I dedicated every day before 11am to Health (I wake up at 9). I don’t expect myself to do any work in that time. Drawing this light boundary helps me get the gym done since I have nothing else to do.

That helps as well. However I am following 5x5 which doesn’t require a personal trainer. I also don’t like how personal trainers train in India. 6 days a week and too many exercises each day. Whereas all international trainers only suggest 3-4 days per week, and that too max 5-6 exercise per workout.
Local trainers also suggest 3x10 for all exercises whereas international trainers are like 4x6, 5x5. Number of sets and reps vary depending on the exercise.
That being said, I have worked under local trainers on two occasions and have seen results both times, but that could be because I trained really hard. 6 days a week for 1.25 hrs a day. This is unsustainable long term. If 3 days a week, 1 hr a day can deliver same results or allow one to continue long-term, ideally for life, I would very much take that.
