Anyone here from devops in India do you people work 24/7 shifts or have regular timings please advice me

In my organisation, devops are expected to be available 24/7 but not work 24/7. Certain organisations do, which mostly handle support.

If you are truly following DevOps then you should not need 24/7 availability one off situations are fine but it shouldn't ever be a 24/7 availability job. We have fixed 9-6 timings but there are some times when we work after office hours
