Folks of Bangalore, why should I NOT relocate to Bangalore from Gurgaon 😛 Only answers other than traffic 🚙🚙🚙🚙

Ahh. Good one. Few things: • Difficult to find parking spot at home or outside for your car • There aren’t as many societies as Gurgaon in most of Bangalore • Roads are tiny, always under construction • Metro is non-existent for most areas you would be around • You should live in hip neighbourhoods to have some life outside work on weekdays • No snow on mountains around here Slightly opinionated feeling here. It’s a city that got big without much effort on its part. So they don’t value what they got and don’t plan ahead to make it better for future. But I love the place 😄

• You will be inclined to pay road tax if you've two wheeler for politicians breakfast, lunch and dinner i.e very bad, tiny roads. Constant. • Offices are NOT that fancy. • Costly neighborhood if you're living near office premises (true if you've live in old Bangalore like Indiranagar). • Hard water. You will lose your hair. • Shops start to close at 8PM/9PM. • You've to take bus because metro is non-existent. • Random rains.

How's the power situation in Bangalore? Feels like the city and state are worst prepared to handle power shortage.

@hundreds-tiger-93741 that's exactly my though, so I started this thread. I genuinely can't come up with any reason other than the great weather and a 100 reasons on why not to 😛

You should try asking about other cities. You will get that long a list for every place. 😄

@loud-artist-61521 true, but that wasn't the purpose of this thread. I was unable to come up with reasons to move to Bangalore so I asked the inverse question. For many other cities, I myself have dozens of reasons to move to them.
