PS4 starts, we can see the blue light and then it shuts down quickly. Took it to a local shop and they said the power cord panel needs to be replaced and said it will cost 5k. Any suggestions on what to do or any shops in Mumbai that we should check out for play station repairs?

I have seen videos on YouTube, there is shops in Mumbai who sells and do repairs, cracking the PS4, I think it's Lamington Road or bora bazaar.
