Hi RI Community, (Serious Question) Short: How do you learn a new programming language/technology really well? Long: Recently I have been working on a project with Rust. Even after a couple of months of coding, I am still struggling with doing basic things. Coding for quite a number of years with Python, Ruby and JavaScript, very REPL mindset. Rust just does not compile if I don't use the right types and syntax. What are your strategies to learn a new language?

Hey guys, I am looking to hire for a personal project of mine but to do so, I am asked to fill in the company name as a mandatory field. I don't have a company registered as yet, so should I just fill in with Personal project or something similar? I used to love the "I am looking to work with.." format that was in place earlier and I do understand the need for a comprehensive job portal. But the job portal makes interacting with freelancers a little harder is what I feel. Hey #tribe Weird question but I have been interviewing some people who were shortlisted by our company for frontend developer. I just received an assignment as part of process and it included form submit of with just one input field. Instead of wrapping

element the person used handleKeyDown to trigger form submission on enter and I don't like that. Also, instead of actually using

disabled

prop for submit button, the person just styled the button background grey if the input doesn't have the value. Am I the only one who cares about this? Am I being too pedantic?
