Has anyone faced this issue of name mismatch in pan database? As per pan database which I verified on Income tax portal, my name structure is

<first name> <middle name> <last name>

and on my pan card it is

<last name> <first name> <middle name>

When I requested reprint of pan and download e-Pan thinking that it will reflect what is there in pan database, I again received the name as per old pan card only 🤦‍♂️ plus again wasting 50 Rs for re-print request.

Hey #tribe, I am looking for some guidance with respect to changing my roles / growth paths. I have been working as a software developer for about ~6 years now. Working with Hyperverge for about 2 years. My interest to get some steps closer to working with clients / business stakeholders has only been increasing. After my recent visit to meet our biggest chaotic money lending client in Vietnam, I am even more excited about such possibilities. My past experiences have been with very early stage startups ( team size <10) which naturally offered me opportunities to wear multiple hats and not just engineering problem solving and building. Want to know if someone has done such changes/ shift of lanes ? Anything in similar lines that would help be take a better and informed decision for the same ? Not sure if this is the right channel for this question - please suggest if there a more appropriate channel for it. I have intentionally not mentioned any specifics here as I am hoping to get more possibilities of such paths and not limited to what I am aware of already . I think it's a good idea to take a step back, list all other possible job roles and then start talking to specific people in other companies about joining new roles. See if what they sell about the role is interesting to you. If you want more startup leadership but non engineering roles then you can try co-founder dating or joining networks for founders like OnDeck. When you meet others who are either looking for co-founders or the first few team members you can talk to them and see if the challenges are interesting enough. What I have realised in my recent hunt for my professional aim is that I needed a team better suited to my lifestyle and mental health than anything else.

Hey folks. I am looking at a project where I want to keep things super simple. Basically I really want to avoid having to go back and update packages regularly - so want to keep frameworks to a minimum. It is a fairly basic project as well (CRUD for 1 object with a list & details page. And admin to enter details in the backend). Was thinking of suggesting Node + Express + HTML with a templating engine instead of going with something like Vue for the front end. Anyone else built something like this? Simple, non-single-page application recently? (Can't believe I am asking this question when I come from a time when all apps used to be non-single-page 😬) Anything I should be aware of / watch out for?
