Does anyone know whom to reach out and/or escalate the matters to for Xiaomi, India? I have been facing a technical issue for my order from the past 1 week. I have raised a couple of tickets for the same, had a chat with an agent multiple times, but all are dead-ends. They gave a standard response, "Someone will reach out to you within 4 hours", and that's it. I had even tweeted the whole incidence on Twitter, and Xiaomi support reached out to me, but it's of no use. I am seriously frustrated now with this non-sense. Hence, I am asking if there is any other way of escalating the matter.

Hello everyone, so I have recently picked up this company in Germany that is offering me a job but what I came to know from glassdoor reviews and what not is that the company is not really a great place for career growth. I am a developer and would ideally want to see myself in a management role in next 5 years and I am only thinking of taking up this current company because I see that I will be able to move to Germany. There’s a lot at stake here but basically I am looking for LGBTQ+ positive laws and better quality of life as the most important factors in making this decision. My current company is already amazing at diverse culture + growth oppurtunities as we’re still growing but there’s no guarantee of me getting a chance to move outside of India. Since I’m young I want to move and travel too. Can someone help me how I can make this decision? My current opinion is that I can maybe move to Germany using this company, work for 1-2 years and jump ship to a better company (Google / Uber etc). Would that be a possibility?

Have been working remotely for a startup in US for some time. A lot of my meetings happen in the evenings. Didn’t mind it in the lockdown, as I could build my routine around it. Hey Folks, I just moved to Bangalore and was welcomed to the world of powercuts. While the society I live in has backup the switchover takes a few seconds and I end up losing network connectivity. I'm looking for backup for my wifi routers and wanted to check if regular UPS supports micro loads? I need to power the regular airtel modem/router and a main wifi router I use in the same room (Range extender doesn't work well with the airtel wifi router, hence the need for another primary router), hence the UPS route and not the smaller router UPS options. I'd have to otherwise purchase 2 of them and a single UPS with 3 power outlets would be cheaper than buying 2 router mini UPS. Any suggestions for UPS as well?
