Is it possible to have permissions set to a teammate by admin such that the teammate cannot be able to access or view the chats assigned to other teammates (or) the teammate should be able to see only the chats that are assigned to him/her 2. Is there a way we can automatically assign chats to teammates in round robin sytle or balanced method for active teammates
