hey jon! it should be possible :slightly_smiling_face: are you using the react component or the html snippet?

for making the button bigger, you can set the `styles` field in your papercups config to something like this:
```styles: {
  toggleButton: {width: 80, height: 80} // change these numbers to whatever size you want
}```
or modify the `Papercups-toggleButton` class in your css to something like
```.Papercups-toggleButton {
  width: 80px;
  height: 80px;
}```

for popping up after a delay, you can set
```popUpInitialMessage: 2000 // will pop up greeting message after 2s (2000ms)```

these settings would be in
```window.Papercups.config = {
  // in here
}```

so for the styles field, the button is larger, but the icon in the middle is still small
