I am able to run the app with non-Docker steps in Development Setup so that works for me.

I did endup on the same issue link on Github but that error is related with postgis (guess some sort of postgres), but not elixir, for me the postgres container comes up fine, I am trying it again after cleaning up all containers as I got “not enough memory” errors couple of times as well.
