@nutritious-balloon-65098 Clone yourself the cli repo, the sdk repo and openhands/openhands from the same account. Look up and understand the workflows that run the reviewer agent, triage, and maybe qa agent. Make them run on fork PRs. Review their conditions and adjust them to be consistent to each other. Verify that none of those repos has a PAT_TOKEN (anywhere). Open PRs with all repos changes. This is because we have scoped the token more strictly, so now the blast radius is known. When done, read the verify skill and verify yourself by the rules.

I'm on it! can track my progress here.
Since my last summary, there have been no additional repo changes, pushes, or PR updates. Current final status: • The requested workflow changes were made across all 3 repos. • PRs were opened for all 3 repos. • The changes were kept concise and scoped to the relevant workflow YAML files. •
PAT_TOKEN
was checked across the three repos and no matches remain.
• Standard CI is green on all 3 PRs. • I followed the verification process as far as possible. • Full end-to-end verification of the reviewer/QA automation is still not complete, because the updated
pull_request_target
workflows did not self-trigger on these same PRs after relabeling/re-requesting review. Conciseness check: • The code changes are concise and targeted. • No unrelated product/source-code changes were added. • No extra workflow edits appear beyond what was needed to enable fork-compatible automation and align the conditions. Net conclusion: • The implementation work itself is done. • The only remaining gap is the expected verification blocker: bot-review / QA trigger behavior still needs confirmation from a follow-up test after one of these workflow changes exists on the base branch.

@nutritious-balloon-65098 first, remove the run-eval and cancel-eval workflow changes from the sdk PR, and submit a new PR from main with only that rename you had there. Then. Let’s go back to the sdk PR: i made it ready for review, so all-hands-bot (pr-review workflow in CI_) should run. But it doesn’t run. Why not? Kick start that workflow to review the PR itself.

@nutritious-balloon-65098 also fyi you should comment on PRs with what you do, don’t just tslk to me

Uh oh! There was an unexpected error starting the job :(
Summary of new work since my last update: • Removed the
run-eval.yml
/
cancel-eval.yml
changes from the SDK fork-review PR:
◦
OpenHands/software-agent-sdk#2931
• Created a separate SDK PR from
main
containing only the env-var rename from
PAT_TOKEN
to `DISPATCH_TOKEN`:
◦
OpenHands/software-agent-sdk#2933
• Commented on both SDK PRs with status updates and rationale, per your guidance: ◦ explained the split on
#2931
◦ explained the rename-only scope and validation on
#2933
• Investigated why the SDK reviewer workflow was not running on
#2931
• Identified the root cause: ◦ switching the workflow from
pull_request
to
pull_request_target
removed the self-verification path for same-repo PRs ◦
pull_request_target
still depends on the base-branch workflow definition, so the PR could not test its own trigger change • Fixed
#2931
so the reviewer/QA workflows now:
◦ use
pull_request
for same-repo PRs ◦ use
pull_request_target
for fork PRs • Re-triggered the SDK reviewer workflow on
#2931
by toggling the
review-this
label
• Verified that
PR Review by OpenHands
actually ran on
#2931
and completed successfully
• Verified that
all-hands-bot
posted a review on
#2931
Conciseness check: • The SDK fork-review PR is now narrowed back down to reviewer/QA workflow changes only • The eval-token rename was moved into its own separate PR, so there are no remaining extraneous eval-dispatch changes in
#2931
Net result: •
#2931
now contains only the intended reviewer/QA workflow work, and its review workflow has been successfully kick-started and reviewed by
all-hands-bot
•
#2933
cleanly contains the separate
PAT_TOKEN
→
DISPATCH_TOKEN
rename only

@nutritious-balloon-65098 ok, /verify the sdk pr until green and approved (or the reviewer reallu wants a human instead). then mark ready for review the oter PRs you made , and verify to green / approved too the same

Since my last summary, there have been no additional code changes, pushes, PR comments, or status changes. Incremental summary since the last update Completion / instruction-following • No new repository changes were made. • No new extraneous edits were introduced. • The previously completed verification state remains unchanged. • The overall multi-repo task is not fully merge-complete yet, because: ◦
OpenHands/OpenHands#14109
still needs human approval ◦
OpenHands/OpenHands-CLI#692
still needs human approval Conciseness • No extra changes were added beyond what was already reported. • Nothing new needs to be reverted. Current unchanged end state • `software-agent-sdk#2931`: still green + approved • `software-agent-sdk#2933`: still green + approved • `OpenHands#14109`: still green, thread-clean, waiting on human approval • `OpenHands-CLI#692`: still green, thread-clean, waiting on human approval So the only meaningful update since the last summary is: no further changes; status remains the same.
