Found it! 😅 OpenHands-GPT-5.4 randomly switches language in the Slack/Github summary response. We've seen Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, for no apparent reason. It's amazing, isn’t it? The cases are ~rare, but too often for chance. GPT-5.4 clearly is influenced by it
