Why isn’t anything showing up? What’s going on here?

I see this error quite a lot in these two days, on the Cloud. It’s because of a tool call observation with missing action. 😥 I don’t see it on local.

I get a LiteLLM error on

openhands/

provider, for over a week or so, when I start a conversation from the GitHub Cloud resolver. @helpful-quill-73496 sorry to tag you, I was under the impression that you fixed it, but could it be that your fix wasn't deployed yet? The error is that it cannot find the key in LiteLLM's table, but in reality after switching back and forth, the profile is just fine... it does work 🤷

It seems to me that on the Cloud, the LLM doesn’t get the

runtime info

, that is, what repo, and environment details; and it seems it ended up on

main

branch, even though it was called on a PR. (maybe it will be fixed by a

runtime info

work and the change to the new Automation-based “resolvers”, just a heads up.) Deepseek Flash took a bit to understand what’s going on, but it made it! 😹

I don’t have any option for an LLM on Cloud right now. This is inside of an Org (OpenHands org) where I don’t have admin permissions so I can’t modify the LLM settings:

Oops 🙊 These are two different things: • the first it’s just a tad not pretty in general in the repo; some var can be set to exclude the internal deployments from this • the second is an error on the Cloud that happened when I switched LLM profile IMHO the second is worth attention 🙏

Can someone tell me what code-explorer subagent is trying to do? It invokes itself on OH Cloud when doing repo exploration and has never worked for me (fails 100% of the time) resulting in conversations getting stalled (zero progress) and eventually causing the sandbox to fail. This is kind of a big problem given repo/code exploration is a basic use case. I will provide trajectories but it's very easy to recreate. I have also created a ticket for this in the past.

Hello! I've been tinkering around with OpenHands for a couple days. Today I spent a long time trying to make a self-hosted setup using Fly.io sprites for ephemeral isolated machines. That turns out to be harder than it sounds, so I decided to give OpenHands Cloud a try. It started off great with the default DeepSeek model, but when I added OpenAI / Anthropic / OpenRouter keys, suddenly I started getting authentication errors on the first message in any given conversation. I am no longer able to get responses from any model, including the default DeepSeek one hosted by OpenHands. Here's what I get just now with the

litellm_proxy/deepseek-v4-flash

model:

I tried logging out and in again, but beyond that I don't see any mechanism at all to remedy it.

On the Cloud, there is no ACP Agent, and no ChatGPT sub? or am I dense

I used “stop” button to stop the agent. Aha! In ~2 minutes it started working again thonk
