as the pipeline version, I would assume that the PR would trigger

nf-core lint --release

which is indeed failing on the current

dev

branch. any idea? PR in question: https://github.com/nf-core/rnaseq/pull/1258

I think we are missing running linting with

--release

in the pipeline template
