When trying out the

dev

branch of nf-core tools, I noticed that

nf-core pipelines sync

messes up the pipeline directory structure. It creates a new directory in the working directory instead of syncing the changes in the current working directory: After create:

nf-core-test/

After sync:

nf-core-test/
└── nf-core-test
