One idea that I got after the discussion on the modules AGENTS:

nf-core m test

could use an

--agent

mode where it outputs plain text and gives more information than usual (unless we're happy with just using

nf-test

and skipping the less useful nf-core test)

we have

--plain-text

that should cover this

What's the exact command?

nf-core m test --plain-text

does not work

Ah, maybe we haven't added it to test yet then. It is for sure part of lint. Can you make an issue please
