CI nf-test fails on Nextflow 25.10, works on latest: https://github.com/nf-core/reportho/actions/runs/28023069162/job/82945511914?pr=116. The only change is the number of processes, all output paths remain intact. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

Okay, that makes sense. What I fail to understand is why the test consistently passes locally (i.e. in a Codespace) with both versions, but fails in CI.

I'm not sure, I don't have enough information in the CI logs 😕

I have done some digging, comparing the two outputs and the work files it seems that the local version is correct. The CI is skipping some instances of DIAMOND_CLUSTER and it's completely unclear to me why it would. Both local and CI use the same input, params, and databases (as confirmed by stable snapshot elsewhere).

Maybe some silent failure? Do you have any error ignores in your config?

I have checked, no processes have

errorStrategy = 'ignore'

, so it must be another kind of failure
