I am a bit confused about where to store sample sheets used by pipeline tests. I have been using

nf-core/sarek

as a reference. In

sarek

, sample sheets used directly by

nf-test

are stored in the pipeline repository under

tests/csv

, while sample sheets used by

test_*.config

files are stored in the

sarek

branch of

nf-core/test-datasets

. Is this the convention we should follow? If so, is there documentation that describes this practice? Thank you so much.
