Hi all, have you considered arg_ranker for your pipeline <https://github.com/caozhichongchong/arg_ranker>  ?This is a tool that estimates clinical significance of the detected ARGs

Do you know if arg_ranker is actively being used or use it yourself? It was published 2021 in Nat Comm but doesn't really seem to be maintained anymore?

The arg_ranker article from 2021 appears to have 895 citations right now on Google Scholar

There's also a similar but more recent tool called MetaRanker. It was published in February 2026 and the latest commit on GitHub is from January.

I used arg_ranker recently, but I wasn't aware about Metaranker. I'll compare the two and may end up opening an issue for ARG Ranker along the lines of: "Why aren't you working, guys?!":sweat_smile:
