Bacmodel metabolic profiling is centered around GEMs, while METABOLIC focuses more on trait profiling than on reconstructing simulation-ready models.

06/10/2026, 7:29 AMI guess another way of deciding this is suitable funcscan (if @Alexandru Mizeranschi is still interested in the tool): can you find another tool that produces the same type of output/searches for the same thing. If so maybe we can get it to work.
