Upon merging template 4.0.2, i keep getting the error:

files_unchanged: .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md does not match the template

, when I run

nf-core pipelines lint --fix files_unchaged

locally or on devcontianer, the pull request template doens’t get updated. Anybody knows what’s wrong? https://github.com/nf-core/viralmetagenome/actions/runs/25849702727/job/75953014462?pr=289

I got that, I kept thinking it was the mismatch between main/master but it ended up being something else in the .md

mmmh... let me know if you find the PR, I also remade the md from scratch but didn’t solve it either.

I would be interested to know ! I also have this issue since I've moved from master to main.

For the time being, I added it to .nf-core.yml ignore .

I did the same, but it would be best to know why this happen and fix the root cause 😅
