it seems pre-commit linting is failing due to:

Basically a Nextflow bug that's been resolved in the newest version :slightly_smiling_face:

All should be fine again, please pull in the latest changes from upstream :slightly_smiling_face:

hmm, can't use that version of the subworkflow in the template yet then.
