quick question regarding the latest template update, the linter is expecting configuration files for different environments

conf/X

(conda, docker and singularity) yet mcmicro does not support conda. My first instinct was to delete the conda conf files but apparently the linter says no. What is the correct course of action for this? On the same note, regenerating conf files with

nextflow inspect

seems trivial for environments but not for architectures (amd64 vs arm64) what is the correct way to update them?

you can ignore the linter warning with the

.nf-core.yml

(we don't have an option yet for ignoring certain platforms) https://nf-co.re/docs/nf-core-tools/api_reference/4.0.2/pipeline_lint_tests/container_configs to regenerate them, use

nf-core pipelines lint --fix container_configs

(they require a certain container entries in the meta.yml, that for now only a few have, but we will slowly roll it out to more)
