I couldn't manually trigger megatests from rnseq because the actions were out of date (GHA refused), so I'm trying to update the pins- does this look right to folks? https://github.com/nf-core/rnaseq/pull/1768 I know this should happen in template, will fix up later when i solve my immediate woes
