I wanted to flag an issue with

sratools_prefetch

module -- don't see any channel for it. I think a version bump of the container is in order, as we noticed some issues with the md5sum check step where older version is comparing the

.sra

to

.sralign

files which throws an error when the

.sra

file is okay.

I could maybe work on this during hackathon. I reported the bug in one of our pipelines that use the module but it also explains the issue https://github.com/phac-nml/fetchdatairidanext/issues/30

Feel free to just bump the module, separately to Louis trying to fix the linting 😉
