I did a quick search here and on the the nf-core site but couldn't find a pipeline that does genome annotation with

funannotate

. Is there one? Bonus points if it has additional tools for annotation. The use case is gene annotation of yeast species / strains. Cheers!

I knew of funscan but thought it was more for metagenomics, that is, a mix of genomes that need to be identified first. I will check it again
