Hi! This seems like a bug. I assume there is something wrong with my module (not sure what yet), but `nf-core modules lint` is not beign capable of showing the error and it's throwing an exception instead.

I found the reason, when creating the module I renamed the emit from `versions_mmseqs`  to `versions` and that broke nf-core tools. I opened a PR to fix it: <https://github.com/nf-core/tools/pull/3923>

I get the same error and I am running out of ideas...

I tried and compared with your PR's lint fixes but I seem to miss something

Also, your fix from Nov 23rd is not yet in released in nf-core tools :disappointed:
