Hello developers!   In the dev version, what is the difference between DMR analysis for haplotype level and population scale?  Thanks!

Haplotype-level DMR analysis focuses on individual haplotypes (e.g., maternal/paternal haplotypes) for its analysis. It aims to detect methylation differences between haplotypes.
Population-scale DMR analysis takes population groups (e.g., case/control cohorts) for its analysis. It identifies methylation differences between entire groups to find DMRs.
