Hi, I have solved the previous issue, but now during execution of the pipeline in one of the last steps I get this

java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot get property 'containerEngine' on null object

it seems is related to

containerEngine

of the MULTIQC process. Anyone that can help me? I'm using apptainer and in the main.nf file of multiqc module I can see

can the issue be here because instead of apptainer is finding 'singularity' as profile?
