Hello! When I use the

dev

version and use

sup

model instead of the default

hac

i.e.,

--dorado_model sup

then I get the error below,

[error] Must set --data when using automatic model detection

. Any tips to fix this please, thanks!! 🙏

Thank u for raising the issue, there is indeed a mistake here. If you're in a hurry, you can modify the code in

modules/local/dorado/basecaller/main.nf

, and change the line 26 code to the following：

${!(dorado_model in ['hac','sup']) ? "dorado download --model $dorado_model" : ""}

We will fix this issue in the next version, though it may take some time.
