@refined-appointment-81829 That was because you were probably looking after I deleted and recreated the twin. @worried-scientist-49406 For me it worked, and I haven't yet encountered this issue again. From my perspective it looks like a state machine issue on LiveKit's side.

Free accounts will have cold starts if the agent goes idle. Paid accounts do not have that issue

this isnt just the agent going idle, it just dies and gets stuck in "pending" forever, even if you do

lk agent restart

i ended up deleting the agent and redeploying it and it's been fine since then. the project ID is

but the agent ID was replaced and it's gone now

got it, thanks we'll keep an eye out for similar issues. i'm adding a monitor on my side to make sure we get paged if we're failing to wake an agent
