htmx

but by and large, I prefer to let HTML be HTML and not try to mess w/ it too much

btw: Do you have any workarounds for caching boosted requests

https://github.com/bigskysoftware/htmx/issues/724

I can manually disable caching on backend for any boosted request

I think I can also try to use htmx:configRequest to add something to url like ?requestTime=1312342323

if there were some way to differentiate between a real htmx request and a cmd-shift-T request, I would be ecstatic

If you fetch /blog in htmx this page will be cached (unless headers says don't cache it)

But if you fetch /blog?cache=1213213 using ajax it will be cached for "key" /blog?cache=1213213 not /blog

After returning to page /blog in browser it won't be cached

I think jquery did something similiar to avoid caching ajax requests

On server side we can sent cache headers only for non-boosted request (check request headers is this is boosted request)

But it can be also solved also in browser by adding random query param to pages you don't want to cache

In browser we cannot differentiate between this request but we can avoid it by making a difference in url using query params

anyone have a recommendation on how to open a swag store?

if <@!707673295650029568> current data flow is Javascript Object -> JSON -> Endpoint -> Java Object -> DB, they can probably just do Form -> Endpoint -> Java Object -> DB, so no need to ever convert to JSON
