And as Deniz says, since Hyperscript relies on Promises, unfortunately we can't offer IE11 compatibility
  • m
    Unfortunately
    ignore
here apples to the extension, not the effects of the extension on child elements (a subtle distinction :/...)
  • m
  • m
but is it possible instead to not render
    remove-me
attributes on elements you don't want removed?
  • c
    Yes, in the contrived
    remove-me
example, I would just need to not apply that attribute where unwanted. Thanks for confirming that
    ignore
applies to the application of the extension only, not for prevention of effects on children. I get it now. 👍

    No way to polyfil?

No promises, but it might work!

I think you'd be better off going w/ vanillajs to be honest and keeping as much logic as possible in pure hypermedia

Thanks again for the hyperscript cheatsheet @User - it is awesome 💪 👊 It should be easily accessible via the upcoming new & improved documentation (nudge nudge demand demand @User )

The cheatsheet is excellent @User! I think a slightly more verbose version of this in the docs would be invaluable for learning how to write hyperscript.
  • r
Yes, I'd like it if you could add the article and a link to the project as well, it's in #909436816388669530 😄

Hi! As an old intecooler user, I'm used to rely on focusout for some triggers Like that:
    ic-trigger-on="focusout"
I don't find the equivalent for HTMX, did I miss something? Thanks for your help
  • m
    would
    hx-trigger="focusout"
    work?
  • m
It didn't work when I tried it and as I didn't find it in the doc I thought that I did something wrong. I'll give it another try, thanks
  • m
  • m
