    yep, seems reasonable. I'm a hypermedia snob, but I'll allow it. I mean, airbnb is just a small company from... where again? I think a guy in montana knows a little bit more about building internet scale software than they do, let's be honest with ourselves...

    brought it up because I think the ideas are very aligned with htmx and hyperview, not that htmx needs any more validation but Airbnb is a huge company with lots of resources and they decided that it was better to push more stuff to the backend and use a more general purpose front end

    in our case that general purpose client is the browser, in their case they built a custom one to fit their apps needs

    htmx is a cool name. Except most people read to fast, and just read "html". It happens to me several times before. I write about htmx, then the reply "What is so special about html?". One possible solution: We call this fun htmX or htmx.org. What do you think?

    Seems risky to change horse (name) in mid stream. People can probably get used to it. I personally had the reflex of saying/writing "htmlx" but my brain is slowly falling in line with htmx.

    Hey! I have a general question about patterns. How do you guys handles returning partial/fragment HTML when sometimes two or more section of the site needs to be updated? For example, I have files such as _table.html, _list.html, _timefield.html It pretty straight forward when I only need to handle one section of the site; "/update_table". But it gets trickier when I sometimes want to update both table and timefield. I could make a combined _table_timefield.html-file, and use OOB,.. but do I really want that? 😄 I use flask btw
