    Am looking to for job... And since I can't get one am reallling willing to help in anything I can do even if it is reading codes or testing codes... Anything that can lead to me learning further and also benefits you if possible... Am a python django developer... Have a grasp of javascript just not using commercially so I would be happy to help read test code anything of at all.. Or anyway I can contribute even if it's just writing or read ur page for typos.

    We are working to improve documentation. Another set of eyes would be fantastic, even if you're only adding GitHub issues for areas that are unclear or could be expanded.

    But don't take all your time away from your job search, either. You need to put food on the table, yes? The job market for developers should be pretty good, even after COVID, so I'm sure you'll come up with something soon.

    In the meantime, put together something you're interested in -- a passion project for your portfolio. If I was hiring, the first thing I'd look for is a portfolio that demonstrates what you can do.

    Yes. I hear you. The #1 factor that separates junior vs. senior developers is the ability to work independently and deliver a complete solution (instead of working within someone else's box). So, try building something that YOU think is cool, then show it off to employers. You'll probably get a bump in pay for your trouble.

    The cool thing about htmx: http get is enough to make it interactive. Or you fake the server like the htmx examples do it.

    Hmm now that sounds interesting and I have already witnessed this with django... While I tested htmx with login page the page remains same and I had to find a way to point it to the right page

    @User if you're trying not to spend on infra, try out google app engine, at least for your portfolio projects. The google free tier should cover most basic usecases

    Major problem am having is am in a country where, 1 am a foreigner and they have big issue economically also for citizens... Secondly they use php and c# here 90% .... And for being a foreigner it's like trying to get Into Google here... One guy from turkey here... He seems nice tho

    I tried the Google app engine just like most other free trials providers they require credit card to setup trials I don't have any... 🙄🙄

    I’ve used this in the past. It’s a little work to set up, but I don’t think it needs a card.

    It needs I wanted to use this so I can host static files for heroku app. But they also require a card for trial
