    Is there a way to vary the width of a menu based on the maximum width of its child menuitems? Setting a width for the menuitems works, but in some cases wraps over to a newline, especially where the menu item has an icon set

    right, what are you trying to achieve? Menus that are the exact size of the biggest menu item?

    is the warning flixel spits out in debug too

    pretty much, like a menu that only has "File" and "Save" looks shorter in width than a menu with "Very long menu item here"

    can you isolate where that happens? Are you trying to load an image that doesnt exist or something?
