    looking for a hint.... Using a custom video component.... video plays fine if using a button to say play.... but i'm not having any luck using autoplay = true; to autoplay when page is loaded........

    Using the Toolkit scale for my own calculations looks like it works quite nicely 😎 . Everything is looking good now except the text input field doesn't look to realize it has the scaled width (you'll notice the word "Sample" is cut off near the top). Video to follow.

    Finally, got it figured out..... and the problem was........ the browser i was testing with was set to not allow autoplay.... of all things.

    That text input issue, seems familiar to me. Trying to remember what I was doing a few months back and had a similar issue.

    Yeah, looks like it hasnt scaled with the UI (or font size, not sure which - ill check it out over lunch)

    Im probably in the minority here, but im actually not that much of a fan of this component - i guess i would have to use to get a real feel for it - but it seems very "something" to me... dunno what that is or why... maybe its because even in normal steppers i rarely use the up / down arrows... for me they are just text inputs really

    it does seem a bit much to me, but probably useful as well. I guess I was just always okay with existing solutions

    yeah, same i guess, ive never found myself going "i want this to increment 0.1 values when i press up", but that said, i get the utility

    I can't find the posts, but I've seen gifs posted with side panels that can slide out over the main UI elements. Are those in the current github (if so, what are they called)?

    hmmm, right - i guess the event handlers arent cloned when the item renderer is cloned... ill check it out

    actually, i guess it begs the question, if a component is cloned (any component) should the even handlers be cloned with it?

    Cool. I had seen it in a handful of gifs you've posted, so I assumed it was already in. Didn't realize it's still WIP. I have a good use for it in the thing you've already been helping me with 👼

    Is there a way to fill empty space? Like make a 
    hbox
    with an element at the left side, and one at the right side? I just want the two things (buttons in this case) to be at the far left and right sides.
