You can use the &  so if you do in this case alt+F , it will open File

It would be nice to see Haxe get a bit of traction in this sort of space I think - I think something like HAT - Haxe Django if you will is necessary for that

yeah, its also just super useful, even if its just me who ends up using them - pretty much every app has a need for db and having that just "ready to go" (especially with the "entities" lib) is just gonna make things so much faster to dev

No, it will automatically send a menu event on hxwidgets so no need to implement it ( for other backends you have to do it yourself)

fyi, at some point ill get it to work everywhere... like a "shortcut manager" in general (not just menus)

Yeah, it's really nice to have all of this included ( for menus)  by default  in haxeui-hxwidgets, super convenient. A shortcut manager will be awesome.

yeah, its on the list, and will most likely end up needed it at some point soon(ish)

Ian did you look at golden ratio in relation to spacing below for the login, it may give you some ideas

just experimenting around that ratio may give some interesting distances
