    thats super strange, the file dialog in hxwidgets is delegated off to the wxwidgets, which in turn delegates it to the OS

    Before when i ran a dev version of wxwidgets I had a pure wxwidgets project which use file dialogues and it worked just fine

    and it cleared the cmake cache and everything so it's definitely the same wxwidgets version
