How can I refresh what teams I am on? For some reason Graphite is pinging me every time a specific team in our org is pinged. I was only on this team for about 2 minutes (I created it, added 3 other users and then removed myself)

hey Samuel, there isn't a way for you to trigger that refresh. But our system will automatically periodically sync teams and their membership, so it should stop associating you with it on its own.

This has been a problem for about a month now, how often does graphite sync teams?

That's unusual. Could you please let me know the name of the GitHub organization, your GitHub username and the name of the team? Can DM me if you prefer

DM'd

thanks for those details, with them I found our cached copy of your GitHub team memberships had drifted out of date. I performed a manual refresh against GitHub directly and cleared the stale entries so those erroneous pings should stop now
