Graphite Community

Hi all. I'm trying to understand billing a little. I'm a small startup, that uses Orgs to separate concerns/projects but the users are the same across the orgs. I can't understand if I'm going to be charged per org/per user on the Team plan or if it's a per user billing and then it just becomes a member of the multiple orgs. I hope it's not the latter.

Hi Panos, Graphite subscriptions are currently tied to your github org so each individual org would require its own subscription which would be chrged by how many users in that org using graphite.


I don't understand why both you and coderabbit made this decision. You're penalizing people trying to do the right thing by organizing theri stuff properly in GH when it's the exact same users across the org

I understand charging for the unique users, but not twice or thrice for the same users, it just doesn't make sense
