. I'd like a way to create a new stack (stack_c) that is main -> stack_a -> stack_b. Most importantly, I want to leave the remote versions of stack_a and stack_b unchanged

I want to deploy stack_c to a cloud environment

as of today, graphite can't do this natively since the stacking model tracks linear parent/child relationships. stack_b would need to be rebased on top of stack_a which would then change stack_b's base.
