Graphite Community

Hi, I am a daily user of graphite and github and something I don't like is that every change I make, I'm running
```gt modify
gt submit```
Which makes the visuals in github pull request really messy. Also, when I use the github UI to resolve merge conflicts and I commit these changes, I cannot reconcile local and remote easily. Graphite gets out of sync and I have all sorts of issues.

Am I using graphite incorrectly? How to deal with this?

I think everything has to be a force push when using graphite

this is just feedback, not a critical flaw. The real issue is I can't use the github merge conflict resolve flow and have graphite sync

if you use GH's conflict resolution in the UI, what happens afterward when you run `gt sync` locally?
