How can I add a user who isn't in our GitHub org, but is added to one of our org's private repos, to Graphite?

Just to confirm, do you know if this person is an <https://docs.github.com/en/organizations/managing-user-access-to-your-organizations-repositories/managing-outside-collaborators/adding-outside-collaborators-to-repositories-in-your-organization#about-outside-collaborators|Outside Collaborator>? If so, that unfortunately isn't supported in Graphite just yet.
